Meanwhile construction of the Live Work House is progressing apace
The Town of Faversham sits on a pretty creek on the edge of North Kent Downs and is close to the Kent coast; Whitstable is less than ten miles away as is the lively city of Canterbury. It is an easy commute to London, just one hour to St Pancras on High Speed 1 (HS1) and 1 hour 15 minutes to Victoria. It’s one of Kent’s most attractive and historic market towns and is part of the ‘East Kent Triangle’ a foodie’s paradise with two Michelin starred restaurants and many other great places to eat too.
The Chapel is located at ME13 7BG in Abbey Place, off Abbey Street, one of the best preserved mediaeval streets in the south east of England and one of the most sought after streets in the town. Just ten minutes walk from the station, the Victorian chapel has been restored to create four apartments that will retain many of the original features, for example the roof beams are left exposed where possible.
The Apartments are now completed and full specification and floor plans are available on this site. Ring Adam on 07973 244214 to view Apartment 2, or Apartment 4 the last unsold apartments.
The Live Work House is still under construction so please register to receive the latest news and you can also follow on twitter for updates and news about Faversham.
